This includes basic identification and contact information, such as your name and contact details that you provide when completing a form on this website. 

This information is used to answer your query, to provide you with the services which you request, and for marketing and communication purposes. For example, if you use our contact page to request general information, or to book a website consulting session. This information may also be used to send you information about Accelerate DMS services and promotions. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe function on email correspondence you receive from us, or by contacting us at enquiries@acceleratedms.co.nz.

Only authorised employees or contractors engaged by Accelerate DMS are allowed to view the information you share on this website. We do not share your information with third-parties.

4. Vehicle Data Sources

Accelerate DMS and its clients may collect and store information from external providers for Accelerate DMS and its clients may collect and store information from third parties and third party databases, including, NZ Transport Authority, Motor Vehicle Register (name and address), PPSR data, for purposes related to your enquiry. For example Vehicle Appraisals and Trade In assessments requested by you.

(i) There are two ways that you can restrict access to your personal information on the Motor Vehicle Register in certain circumstances, namely:
1. Opting-out
2. Obtaining Confidential status
Opting out is a very limited form of restricting access to your information, and it does not mean that Waka Kotahi will never disclose your information to third parties.

5. Statistical Information

We collect information that does not identify you personally (i.e. is not identifiable to you individually) through Cookies and through Google Analytics. This information is used to help us improve the website experience for our visitors.

Our website is hosted in Sydney, Australia. We also use technology platforms hosted in countries outside New Zealand - for example email communication platforms. Accordingly data obtained within the New Zealand may be “processed” outside New Zealand.
